---PIECES---

• King: Moves one square in any direction.
• Queen: Moves any distance straight or diagonally.
• Rook: Moves any distance horizontally or vertically.
• Bishop: Moves any distance diagonally.
• Knight: Moves in an "L" shape (two squares in one cardinal direction, then one perpendicular) and can jump over pieces.
• Pawn: Moves forward one square (two on their first move) and captures diagonally forward.
